Egg with Bitter Melon [Ampalaya]


Ingredients and cooking tips

-2 eggs- beaten and then cook it
or you can add one boiled egg -
you then slice the egg thinly which you can add to the cooked eggs later
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 or 2 onions
-minced 1 medium sized tomato
-2 table spoon of cooking oil
-and then add MSG if desired
or any seasoning that you can buy in the supermarket
and ofcourse do not forget the amplaya - slice it thinly

Saute the tomatoes, onions,
and the garlic and then cook the bitter melon [ampalaya]
Afterwards cook the egg in oil
and then put the bitter melon [ampalaya] and it's ready to serve
